It is expected in the next 1-2 years, BDS/GNSS Open Laboratory expert base resources will be focusing on colleges and universities, covering domestic universities, enterprises and research institutes, complete the expert base build, expansion and quality work, expert base online platform will gradually open to the whole society, try best to achieve the transformation rate reached 30%, gradually narrowing the gap compare with the developed countries, cultivate talents for China's satellite navigation cause, promote the improvement of the satellite navigation system.
